AS White Global are constantly dedicated to building up our present and future offshoring staff and team by giving them the certainty and ability to develop and build up their career.
The Leadership Development Program has been set up to organize offshoring staff improvement and retention. It requires high level of duty from the members, enabling them to increase leadership skills and aptitudes.
We joined forces with RMIT International University in Vietnam to help us in conveying 3 key leadership modules through the span of a year time frame. Research demonstrated that high potential pioneers grow best through job based exposure, stretch experiences and projects, so for our effective offshore team, sense of duty regarding the program would be exceedingly vital.
